Fan Filter Unit (FFU) provides the micro-filtered airstream that controls particulate contamination in a cleanroom or laminar flow clean bench. Our comprehensive line includes models based on High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters, rated 99.99% efficient @ 0.3 µm particles, and Ultra Low Penetration Air (ULPA) filters, rated 99.999% efficient @ 0.12 µm particles. Select the lights and other ceiling grid accessories to complete your system.

This reliable, self-powered Fan Filter Unit provides a uniform flow of microfiltered air to meet cleanliness standards down to Class 10 (ISO 4).

Easy to Control

It is easy to achieve large-scale smart control via eLisa system, and every FFU is individually controlled and monitored by the central computer. The eLisa system can also indicate the followings: operator logging, energy consumption analysis, diagnosis error messages and error localization, graphics, etc.

Lower Noise Level

This EC FFU is characterized with high efficiency, low noise, and low maintenance with a long life EC motor which can reduce the noise by 5 dBA compared with AC motor.

Lower Energy Consumption

EC motor is more energy saving than AC motor. This EC FFU has a 30~40% lower energy consumption than AC FFU.

Higher Total Static Pressure

The low-pressure drop of the HEPA/ULPA filter, in combined with the high total static pressure of the fan, provide an external static pressure of 50 to 150 Pa at rated airflow.

Lower Off-gassing Components

All components are low off-gassing to meet stringent requirements of specific industries. And PTFE is characterized for zero dissemination of chemical elements (Boron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, silicon, etc.)

Easy Installation

This product is designed to be easily set in place on ceiling grids without any hold-down clamping. When the filter is knife-edge, the unit can also be utilized in gel-seal ceiling grid.

EC FFU Control System – eLisa

With the eLisa control system, this EC FFU shows the operating condition of all FFUs directly and operates one by one according to the conditions via the host and PC.
